How the levels flow
Level 1 builds AI literacy and prompting. Level 1.5 gives the mental model of how agents work (loop, tools, memory, safety). Level 2 is the hands-on build — students ship a portfolio project. Run them as a series, or drop into whichever a group is ready for.
